hi all,

Its like i have a application in which as soon i click a button it

reads file and plots 6 graphs in the figure window. Now i have to

lable all the x and y axis for all theses 6 plots. But when i place

the xlable and y lable aftre the subplot(2,3,1). I am not able to see

any labels there but the graph is bein plotted.

How can i make the labels visible. The whole of gui is been made in

guide. and i have removes all previous objects on the click of push

button ...

please help me out...

Thanks

      Have you done:

      subplot(n,m,1)

      plot(x,y)

      xlabel('xlabel1')

      ylabel('ylabel1')

      subplot(n,m,2)

      plot(x,y)

      xlabel('xlabel2')

      ylabel('ylabel2')

      etc?

or if you can't label it as you go along

      subplot(n,m,1)

      plot(x,y)

      subplot(n,m,2)

      plot(x,y)

      subplot(n,m,1)

      xlabel('xlabel1')

      ylabel('ylabel1')

      subplot(n,m,2)

      xlabel('xlabel2')

      ylabel('ylabel2')

      etc?

      thanks

its workin now with the 2nd code snippet.but now i had problem its

like as all the graphs have been plotted. Now if i want to close this

figure and open a new one as soon as i close this. How can i do this.

the above functioin of graph plot was done on a button click so all

this codin is under a function . nesting the functions in this only

to start a new figure is not wrokin coz its not gettin the handle for

      new figure.

      Please help...
